Shipping, Exchanges, Returns & Refunds
1) Order Acceptance & Anti-Fraud
🚫 Fraudulent orders are prohibited. Orders placed with the intention of using, comparing, or returning all or most items may be cancelled and refunded at our discretion.
📦 For large-quantity purchases, please contact us in advance to agree on sales and delivery conditions.
2) No Home Fitting Service
👰 We do not offer a home fitting, approval, or trial service.
Our products are not available for purchase for the purpose of trying them on at home and then returning them.
Due to the nature of bridal fashion items, which carry a high risk of deterioration and may become unsuitable for resale, this service is not available.
3) Non-Returnable Items
🧵 The following items are non-returnable because they are made to order or personalized: bridal jumpsuits, bridal skirts, bridal pants / trousers, and personalized products.
Made to order does not mean custom-made. They are different concepts.
We send items as close as possible to the measurements provided by the customer; however, some adjustments may be necessary for a perfect fit.
Skirt and pant lengths are standard and will need to be adjusted locally, with the shoes on, to ensure a perfect fit for the person's actual height.
These alterations are not included in the price. We can make these alterations with a prior quote, although we do not recommend it due to the high risk of error.
These items cannot be returned for change of mind, home try-on, temporary use, or later decision after delivery.

🩱 Lingerie products are also non-returnable for health and hygiene reasons.
4) Returns & Exchanges for Eligible Products
⏱️ Return window: Eligible items may be returned within 14 days from delivery, according to carrier tracking.
➤ No returns or exchanges are accepted after this 14-day period.
🔁 Exchanges: If you need a different size or color for an eligible item, contact us within the same 14-day window.
🚚 Return shipping: The customer must arrange the return and pay all return shipping costs in all cases.
Returned items must be sent within the allowed period using an appropriate tracked service.
📦 Condition of returned items: Items must arrive in perfect condition, unused, and free from stains, odors, perfume, smoke, makeup marks, damage, or any other signs of wear.
➤ If the item does not arrive in perfect condition, no refund will be issued, and the item will remain available to the customer. It may be shipped back only after the customer pays the new shipping cost.
5) Refund Scope
💰 Only the value of the eligible returned item itself will be refunded.
Shipping costs, return shipping costs, customs duties, import taxes, fees, and any other related charges are non-refundable.
Express or upgraded shipping charges are also non-refundable.
6) Customs, Import Taxes & Refused Deliveries
🌍 Where customs duties, import taxes, or similar charges apply, the customer is responsible for them as required under the applicable shipping conditions.
If you are unsure, please check with your local customs or tax authority before ordering.
🛃 If delivery is refused and applicable import charges are not paid, the parcel may be held or returned at additional cost.
➤ In such cases, no refund will be issued.
7) Shipping & Delivery
🕒 Processing times:
In-stock items: 3–7 business days before shipping.
Custom / made-to-order items: timeline agreed with the customer, depending on the item.
🚀 Estimated transit times:
CTT Portugal to EU/EEA: approximately 3–10 business days.
FedEx to USA: approximately 3–5 business days.
CTT to UK: approximately 4–8 business days.
CTT to Canada: approximately 5–15 business days.
CTT to Australia: approximately 10–20 business days.
⏳ Delivery times are estimates only and do not include delays outside our control, including customs, inspections, strikes, weather, or carrier issues.
🗺️ Countries we do not ship to are not enabled at checkout and cannot place orders.
📮 Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery to the address provided in the order.
