1) About us

2) Scope and acceptance
These Terms govern purchases made on our website by customers located in the USA, EU/EEA, UK, Canada, and Australia.
By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
3) Eligibility (Age)
Purchases are available only to individuals 18 years or older.
4) Products, pricing, currency, taxes & duties
Currency: Prices are shown and charged in the customer’s country currency.
EU customers: Prices shown include VAT (shipping excluded).
Customers in USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and outside the EEA: Prices exclude all taxes, fees, and duties. Shipping is not included and is displayed at checkout (varies by region).
Tax collection: VAT applies to EU customers. No taxes apply to customers in other regions at checkout unless expressly stated otherwise at the time of purchase. Local import charges may still apply where relevant.
Customs duties and import taxes: For eligible orders, customs duties and import taxes must be paid in advance before shipment. The store will contact the customer to request prepayment of applicable customs duties and import taxes, and the customer is required to make such payment before the order can be processed and dispatched.
Failure to complete the required prepayment may result in a delay in processing or the suspension of shipment until full payment of the applicable customs duties and import taxes has been received.
Once such charges have been prepaid, the merchandise will be shipped with customs duties and import taxes prepaid, and the customer will not be required to pay those same charges again upon delivery.
We may change prices at any time before order acceptance.
Obvious pricing or availability errors are not binding.
5) Orders and contract formation
Your order is an offer.
We accept it only when we send a shipping/dispatch confirmation email.
Until acceptance, we may decline/cancel and refund an order.
We may refuse or cancel (and refund) any order for suspected fraud/abuse/resale, sanctions, export restrictions, or legal/compliance reasons.
If a price/promotion/stock error is discovered after your order, we may cancel and refund, or contact you to reconfirm at the correct details.
If an item becomes unavailable after ordering, we will notify you and offer a new timeline or a refund.
6) Payment
Payments are processed by Shopify Payments and PayPal.
We do not receive or store full card numbers.
You must pay all amounts due in the currency shown at checkout.
7) Shipping & delivery
Order processing time:
In-stock items: 3–7 business days before shipping.
Custom/made-to-order items: timeline agreed with the customer (varies by item).
Estimated transit times (business days):
CTT Portugal to EU/EEA: approximately 3–10.
FedEx to USA: approximately 3–5.
CTT to UK: approximately 4–8.
CTT to Canada: approximately 5–15.
CTT to Australia: approximately 10–20.
Important: Delivery times are estimates only and exclude delays outside our control (customs, inspections, strikes, weather, carrier issues).
Countries we do not ship to are not enabled at checkout and cannot purchase.
Risk of loss passes on delivery to the address you provide.
8) Cancellations before shipment/production
Non-custom items: You may cancel within 24 hours of purchase if not yet dispatched.
Custom / made-to-order / tailored items: You may cancel within 24 hours of purchase before production starts; a 20% cancellation fee applies.
9) Returns & withdrawals
Return window (non-custom items): 14 days from delivery for change-of-mind/withdrawal.
Return shipping costs: Customer pays in all cases.
Return method: Customers must arrange their own tracked return.
RMA first: Email info@bridalamanecer.com for approval and instructions.
The return address will be provided by email after approval.
Refund scope: Product price only.
Outbound express/expedited shipping is not refundable on change-of-mind.
Items must be returned unused, in original condition and packaging, with tags/accessories included.
We may deduct amounts for loss of value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
10) Custom/made-to-order/tailored items
Not eligible for change-of-mind returns.
If defective or not as described, we will exchange; if exchange is not possible, we will refund.
11) Defective or damaged items
Please report defects or transport damage within 24 hours of delivery by emailing info@bridalamanecer.com with photos and order details.
Our remedy is to replace first; if replacement is not possible, we will refund.
12) Refund timing
Once we receive and inspect the return (or confirm non-receipt for a lost shipment we have accepted responsibility for), refunds are issued to the original payment method within a reasonable time as permitted by the relevant payment provider.
13) Warranty & statutory rights
We do not offer a seller’s commercial warranty.
Your statutory/consumer rights remain unaffected.
14) Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the price paid for that order.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is unlawful.
15) Force majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., natural events, epidemics, wars, strikes, carrier or customs delays, energy/telecom outages).
16) Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal.
The courts of Portugal have non-exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of the buyer’s country of residence.
17) Language
These Terms are provided in English, French, and Spanish.
In case of inconsistency, the English version prevails.
